DOM JANTOŃ is a prestigious, 5-hectare vineyard hidden in the heart of Poland, in Wymyslow Francuski. A huge passion and 30 years of experience in the wine industry and hundreds of visits to vineyards on all continents allowed the owners to properly prepare to create a unique place on the map of Polish vineyards. Currently, DOM JANTOŃ is run by their daughter - Beata Jantoń - who has a double master's degree: in Oenology (Universite de Bordeaux) and Vineyard and Winery Management (Bordeaux Sciences Agro) as well as a WSET Certificate - III level and a Diploma of graduation from the most prestigious culinary school in the world Cordon Bleu (Paris). Here, she creates new, Polish premium wines, especially sparkling ones and ciders, created with passion using the classic method.
